Cristina Burgart and Nick van Uffelen Named in GPN’s Forty Under 40 Class of 2023

Every year GPN recognizes 40 individuals in the horticulture industry who are setting the pace for the future. These individuals demonstrate superior leadership, creativity, compassion, and innovative thinking. We are proud to have Cristina Burgart and Nick van Uffelen named in this year's 40 Under 40 class. 

When Cristina Burgart joined Syngenta Flowers as our Trial Coordinator in November 2021, she hit the ground running and has not stopped improving our trial coordination. Her supreme organizational skills have made it a breeze for us to plan and execute pre-introduction trials, customer sample trials, technical trials, and supply plant materials for events. We appreciate Cristina's determination, focus, and grower-first mindset. 

Since starting with Syngenta Flowers in 2019, Nick van Uffelen has shown himself as a true asset to our team and the green industry. We appreciate Nick's solid data-driven approach to projects, excellent cross-functional collaboration, and passion for working across cultures. Nick has been critical in introducing Xcarrier, developing our overall business strategy, and product management in APAC.
